Ran 7 w/ Susan. It was supposed to be a 10 miler, but I had to stop and walk at mile 7. Susan was nice enough to run home and drive back to get me. I've been looking online and I think it's a grade 1 thigh strain could be a grade 2. Time for some R.I.C.E for me.

| Finally my hub will be home today. He's been gone this week camping in the unitas. I guess it was nice to get injured before he left so I would have two reasons to take it easy on the running. I'm hoping to get a bike ride in today when he gets home. I'm taking Leandra to HP tonight for her birthday. She's already seen it, so I guess it's really a birthday present for me. |

Sue & I found out about the Hanson Brooks Marathon Training project and we've decided to test it out. :) Today was a 10 mile marathon pace day. We decided to do it on the TM to keep our pace constant and exactly where we want to be. I did not run Sat or Sun b/c of my groin muscle, so I had a bit of extra energy today. That and maybe it was all the candy & sugar I had this weekend camping. :) Either way I was able to keep the pace & finish. However my muscle is still store... 68 minutes
