what is your marathong goal pace?

From Burt on Mon, Aug 29, 2011 at 10:15:32 from 72.223.91.148

Sweat raised to the sweat power.

From Merri on Mon, Aug 29, 2011 at 10:22:32 from 160.7.252.148

well i'm hoping for a 3:16:39 which is a 7:30mm pace. However I like to shoot for the moon and so today I did a 7mm. Which would be awesome if I could do that for 26.2 miles b/c that equals 3:03:32 marathon. :) But I'll be happy w/ a 3:16

sweat raised to the burt sweat power.

That's speedy and I bet you could do that. I'm so impressed you could do it for 10 miles lady.

It doesn't get much sweatier than that.

Did you have to blow out the flames on your shoes when you were done today?

From Burt on Mon, Aug 29, 2011 at 11:38:33 from 206.19.214.144

She had a blow out all right.

Nice job! Was it 200 degrees or 350 degrees with a 99% humidity at the gym today?

From Merri on Mon, Aug 29, 2011 at 15:08:01 from 160.7.252.148

Rachelle funny you should mention 200 degrees because that is what my house is set to right now b/c our A/C went out late Friday night. :) come over it's a sauna.

From RAD on Mon, Aug 29, 2011 at 16:11:12 from 76.27.16.189

Holy nice work Merri! Awesome goals for SGM. When you are done you can relax, grab a bite to eat, shower then come run me in for a nice cool down :)

You are amazing! Nice job hitting the miles hard today. Oh, and I'd love your house...I'm a warm body and I love to be warm :) Just ask my husband - he cusses me out when he comes home at 10PM and the house is at 85 degrees and I'm nice and comfortable, never turned the AC on :)
