Sue & I found out about the Hanson Brooks Marathon Training project and we've decided to test it out. :) Today was a 10 mile marathon pace day. We decided to do it on the TM to keep our pace constant and exactly where we want to be. I did not run Sat or Sun b/c of my groin muscle, so I had a bit of extra energy today. That and maybe it was all the candy & sugar I had this weekend camping. :) Either way I was able to keep the pace & finish. However my muscle is still store... 68 minutes
