You say it's your birthday well it's my birthday too.

In honor of my birthday I ran a 10k since I am asking Wes (not to be confused with Wes Wessman) for $10k for my birthday present. :)

ran another 10k today (49 mins I think).  tammy talked me into putting some incline in, so at mile 4-5 I kept upping the incline.  So I ended up at a 5 incline at 8pmh.  It wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be.

1 hour cardio kick.  i did something to my leg yesterday playing basketball.  didn't feel quite right today.  so no running.

5 miles today.  leg feels all better, but now I have a small cold.  no work out yesterday b/c my 4 year old woke me up in teh night and couldn't get to sleep.  

my candy & chocolate consumption has been a bit high since my birthday.  :)  It's been licorice, chocolate covered ju ju hearts, peanut m&ms, peanut butter m&ms, plain m&m's, chocolate hearts w/ carmel in the middle, and one huge pb cup non stop since the 31st.  I think I need an intervention.  :)

I usually do pretty good in the summer, but then Halloween hits, then Christmas candy, then my birthday, then Valentines day, then Easter.  And finally after Easter I decided to change, but only until Halloween.
