I did an hour of power yoga at Golds today and ran 1 mile after.  

 I'm not sure what it is but when I do push ups my lower back really starts to hurt.  Are my arms just too weak, is it my back that's not strong or is my form bad?  Anyway I'm no good at yoga, but I guess it takes some time to really start to understand it.

I ran 4.1 miles today in 29:25.  I ran the first mile in 8:15 so my last 3.1 was 21:10.  Not too bad for doing it on a treadmill and not pushing myself really.  I did some abs and some stretching as well.

I ran 3 today in 24 minutes.  Just had no motivation today...I think I was too tired.  I did some leg work, but decided to head home after that and go back to bed and see if I can get some sleep before the kids wake up.

Holy cow I did it!  I finally ran 10 miles!  That's now the longest amount of miles I have run at once since Top of Utah marathon.  I had some help though a little Harry Potter 5 always helps the time on the treadmill go by faster!  I ran the first five miles in 42 minutes and the last 5 in 38:45.

 PS today is my birthday and I came home to breakfast made by my awesome husband!
