Today I ran 6 miles on the treadmill at Gold's. Mile 1 - 8:30 Mile 2 - 8:00 Mile 3 - 7:30 Mile 4 - 7:00 Mile 5 - 6:30 Mile 6 - 6.45 (last 1/2 mile in 3 minutes) Total time: 44:15
So my goal is to keep this up to date for the whole year! I have decided on my races for the year as well. To save some money I am racing just a few of the local ones and only a few. I went way overboard last year with a ton of 5ks. This year I want to do the... Utah Valley Marathon on June 13th. Spanish Fork Memorial Day 5k Speedy Spaniard Spanish Fork 1/2 Marathon And if I get picked in the lottery for St George I would do that as well. I haven't set my time goals yet, but will soon.

| I ran 7.5 today in 60:35 on the treadmill at Golds. I am too big of a wuss to run outside in the cold and the dark. I am trying to start adding more miles for my Saturday runs. Really embarrassing, but this is the longest I have run since my marathon!!! I told you I was lazy!!! |

Ran 4 miles on the treadmill at golds. I ran the first two in 16:30 and the last two miles in 14:30. I wanted to run with MichelleL and Mary Ann today but I couldn't get a babysitter. :(
I also had 2 city league volleyball games tonight and we won both! I love it when we win!

I ran 7 miles today in 55 minutes. I thought about running with the SF running group, but I am too scared of the cold and dark. I don't really have any outside running gear and I only had 8 miles on schedule for today. So I thought I could handle 8 on the treadmill, but only did 7. Oh well...I'm going to try to get tough and start running outside, then you really have no choice of quitting until you get to your car. :-)

| Today I ran 4 miles at golds. I broke it up into two mile segments b/c I got stuck with a dumb treadmill with a tv. Oh you think it's fun until it's so wobbley and wiggly that you get sick. :) So first 2 miles in 16:30 last 2 miles in 15 so total time was 31:30. I also did some abs and some lunges. |

| I ran 8.5 on the treadmill today in 68 minutes. I could have run the extra 4 minutes and made it to 9, but I am a wuss and I knew I needed to hurry home. I'm going to start using the weight, sleep and calorie options, just not today. :) I think I'll start using them on Monday. I need to lose about 5lbs or 10 would be my goal I just don't know if it's possible. :)

| I did an hour of power yoga at Golds today and ran 1 mile after. I'm not sure what it is but when I do push ups my lower back really starts to hurt. Are my arms just too weak, is it my back that's not strong or is my form bad? Anyway I'm no good at yoga, but I guess it takes some time to really start to understand it.

| I ran 4.1 miles today in 29:25. I ran the first mile in 8:15 so my last 3.1 was 21:10. Not too bad for doing it on a treadmill and not pushing myself really. I did some abs and some stretching as well. |

Holy cow I did it! I finally ran 10 miles! That's now the longest amount of miles I have run at once since Top of Utah marathon. I had some help though a little Harry Potter 5 always helps the time on the treadmill go by faster! I ran the first five miles in 42 minutes and the last 5 in 38:45. PS today is my birthday and I came home to breakfast made by my awesome husband!
