I ran to the gym and worked arms a little then ran home. I extended the loop home to get 6 instead of the usual 5 it takes me to get to the gym and back.

ran with a fun group today. Wes, Lyns & I ran to the library and met up with seesuerun & her friend rhonda. It's nice to meet new runners & get to know them better. It's even better to run with my own body guard wes.
