woke up pretty darn sore from the HIIT work out yesterday w/ Sue.  I hit the TM around 9...i needed the sleep in.  Did 8 800 repeats.  I was supposed to do 10, but since when have I ever done the full workouts I am supposed to do? :)

It is amazing how much my running legs & running mind are rejuvenated when I take a couple days off from running and cross train.  2 weeks to st george and I am very excited!

Great workout Merri. I slept in on Friday too. My legs felt way good this morning. It really does make a difference. SGM 2 weeks, wohoo! :)

Oh wow! Now I am REALLY impressed. I could barely walk today! So of course I called it a running Holiday-A Holiday with no running. Good job on the yassos! You are on track I can't wait! What are you running Monday?
