Next time just slow down and 9 miles in 90 minutes is easy :) You are just too fast for your own good! Nice miles heading into the weekend, especially a good lift on Friday is always good.

yeah I could probably do more miles if I wouldn't push the pace. but then I get bored so I want to get it over quickly. :) I try to do my long runs on Friday since I only have an hour on Saturday mornings. But it wasn't too long today. :)
