This morning I realized I had only ran 6 miles this week.  That sucks. :)  Anyhows I want to know if anyone gets up an hour early to eat before they run?  I don't, I just run on my love handle reserves, but what about others?

I rarely eat before I run in the morning. Occasionaly I'll have a banana. And when I run in the afternoon after supper, I feel vomitosis.

vomit? sick. bananas? sick.

spelling police: if on occasion you have found, your language is in question...

When I'm driving somewhere I will eat a granola bar (like 100 calorie -ish) and drink some water, but other than that. Mum's the word on eating before a run! Or I will fall into the vomitosis category :)

I eat 3 teaspoons of greek yogurt before I leave the house in the morning. It's just enough to get a little something but not enough to cause any problems.

I used to run on my love handle stores alone...but not for a few months though. I prolly should again, the injury chubbies just don't want to leave me.
