I had a 2 hour test (which turned into almost 3 hours) at BYU today. I thought more running would be involved so I skipped my morning run.  Oh well.

I had an ultrasound done on my feet, then I was covered in little sticky dots, did some strides in my regular shoes, vibrams then barefoot.  Then I did a little VO2 testing.  It all was interesting.  I'm excited to see the results in 10 weeks after I've used the vibrams more often.

I will be interested in your Vibram experience. I made me mid/forefoot transition in racing flats and then switched to vibrams. You definately feel the ground a lot (rocks still hurt on the ball of your foot after 1400 miles). I haven't had a history of knee troubles but I haven't picked up any over the last year either. Good luck.

I hope you cleaned that foot fungus off before you went in.

Chad I'll keep you posted on my progress. I'm mostly excited to see the difference between week 1 & week 10.
