JulieC, is Mel having plantar issues right now?

Merri, just ice that baby. Were all getting hurt because SGM is a joke and it's 2 weeks to long away from when we should have run our marathon. Ugh!

Ice that sucka! Don't miss a day!

Merri, I feel your pain - literally! It's this dang-gum taper I tell you!!! We give our bodies a break and they start to fall apart! I will tell you the two things that have worked the best for me with this PF journey are rolling on a golf ball - work out those pain points. Then stretching my calves. Not just 2-4 times a day, but like 8-10! Every time you go up the stairs pause for 60 seconds to stretch them out. Seriously. Not that mine's gone away...it just came back. So, maybe I'm not a good person to take advice from :)

Lily-- Yes she got two cortisone shots and then started wearing new inserts and then sprained her tendon. She has been icing and babying it like crazy. She ran 6 yesterday after five days off so I think she is coming back. It is messing with her confidence but I know she can pull out of it. : D.

Thanks for the advice & info...I am hopeful. :) Just hold out one more week PF!!!
