Sue I realized tomorrow is Thurs so Kristen's spin was today. I am debating on cardio kick. Oh and send me the info of the class you're doing...it's friday right?

Oh that's right. I will probably run on tm and do weights. I really better get in some mileage tomorrow since Friday will be straight classes.

So class 6-6:50 or 8:45-9:35 I will leave my house around 5 to 5:15 and we could run on the treadmills at the gym or something until class starts. I can pick you up or meet you there whatever works best for you.
