I knew today was going to be the last day I ran in my Mizuno Wave Inspire 4 Silver/Old Gold/Phantom shoes. 

Met Miss Sue at 4:30 for a long run.  We had talked and decided to do it earlier in the week to have time to recover for Monday's Speedy Spaniard.  Susan had a nice route for us and I got to gab her ear off for 2 hours.  She loved it.  I wouldn't let her make a peep.

nice planning to be ready for the SS. you will do great. i can't think of a better way to start the day than a long run with sue and/or merri.
