I know I need to get more in gear! I've been cheap this year on the races so we could go to Disneyland this year and I am hoping we'll be going w/ in the next month. I would love to do the Speedy Spaniard again and really go hard on that! My husband found and Ultra Wasatch back team he wants to buy, but I don't know about that :) What are your plans? I know you're in for Hobble Creek & SG. What about Bryce Canyon? You did that one last year right? Do you think you'll run Utah Valley marathon?

I hear you on the racing thing. I have had to cut back on that too. Financial and mental (I burnt myself out last year). I won't do Bryce this year and probably not UV. I was just teasing anyway, but we would love to get you out on some runs:) Your priorities are in the right place.

have you ever run the park city marathon? my husband wants to do one, but he starts school Sept 11th, so he needs to do one before then. Park city was the only close one I could find.

So I really want to do Provo canyon up and down maybe starting at Will's so we don't have to run all the way up to the girls scout camp. What do you think about that?

That sounds good to me. Can we park at Will's Pit stop or do you park somewhere else?

Speaking of pits, are you keeping yours shaved?
