Weekly Goals: Mon - 8-10 Miles total (kinda want to make up for lack of miles on Saturday) 5 miles w/ Lynsey.
Tues - 4 Miles - 1.5 miles @ mile pace
Wed - 4 Miles Thurs - Rest or maybe 1-2 miles
Friday - 8 Miles total w/ Speedy Spaniard 10k Sat - 17 miles hee hee (one of these days I'm going to actually do a long run on Sat like I say I am) and/or Altamont Longhorn Days 5k. Let me hear you say Longhorns Longhorns AHS AHS...just my hometown cheer leading coming out in me.
