Ugh I was lagging this morning.  I think it's b/c I ran 5 last night at 6pm OR it was the Amish bread slowing me down :)  Either way I am ok w/ 4.5

Avg pace was 8:05.

I was lagging quite a bit more than normal too. I don't know what my deal was. It didn't help that it was humid. Ugggh!

What happened to the speedy route this morning? Well at least you got out! I was tempted but did not go. Hopefully tomorrow. That dang wasatch back really took it's toll on me!

Merri I have to do the same thing most mornings. Kellie runs at 6:00, so I have to go at 5:00 in order to get 8 miles in. So I run 2 into payson and then 2 back to the house and then 2 towards woodland hills drive. That way I am at least 2 miles from my house. Just in case I get hurt or have to cut the run short. There are so many hoops to jump around with both husband and wife work, plus kids and everything else. Sounds like you women make it work though.

Maybe it is because it is Friday?? Although I always struggle if I run the night before. Either way, you can check it off your list for the day!

that guy in the background is about to tackle you down. I can see the vengeance in his eyes.
