Today was a pretty uneventful run. Just 6 miles. I thought that since I didn't run yesterday or Sunday my legs would feel fresh and the run would be easy, but I kinda struggled to get going.

Yeah to no cavities! I swear to you I have one every time I go. You would think I would run out of teeth to get cavities in. Maybe I should stop eating cookies for breakfast! Wait, I already did. I save them for lunch now.

well kelli the last time I went it was 4 cavities and 1 root canal. So I decided it was time to start brushing my teeth, and I guess it worked. :) ha ha and yes my friend and I ran a million races last year and we took a million pictures after each race. :)

My dad is a dentist and he says his kids have the worst teeth of all of his patients. Hmmmmm.....
