Ran 3.5 w/ Lily & Lynsey w/ avg pace of 8:11. Lynsey did it even though she taught Zumba until 10pm the night before :)

Then Lily & I drove to the gym, she loved my sweaty face fogging up her windsheild and my sweaty cheeks soaking her seat :). I did 1 mile in 7.30 and then two half mile sprints in 3 minutes each :) the 6 min mile without stopping is around the corner. :) Then I lifted.

GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF THE UV MARATHONERS!!!!!!!

I think my sister and I will be at the finish line cheering ya'll on!
