Mon - 5 Miles & strength or 60 min tempo
Tues - 5 Miles total (12 x 400 mile pace)
Wed - 5 Miles Or we might be hiking Timp
Thurs - Tae Bo & strength
Fri -7 Miles Pace (do you girls want to do the speedy span route again?)
Sat - 15 Miles w/ SF running club.
