For now my plans for the week are as follows:

Mon - 6 Mile Tempo

Tues - 6 miles total 10 x 400 Mile pace

Wed - 3-6 Mile Run

Thurs - 6 M total (2 m pace)

Fri - 6 M run and strength

Sat - 8-15 miles?  Freedom Run 10k w/ Leandro??  Happy 4th of JULY!!!

This might change when I see what Lynsey and Lily have planned for the week.  I'm going to try what Sasha suggests w/ running the same amount of miles every day.  Starting w/ 6 miles per day, might need to start w/ 5 miles per day...we'll see.  I also saw on his blog he'll offer a race evaluation for the july 11th FRB 5 miler, I'll probably do that.  I need any help I can get....running and otherwise.
