nothing on wed, small walk w/ kids on thurs not worth counting and probably nothing today.  :(  It's not worth it to me right now to miss out on sleep and exercise in the morning.  And Wes was busy both wed & thurs with homework so I couldn't go after he got home.  Actually I did have an hour last night and I had to choose between the gym and grocery shopping.  I decided we needed some food so that's where I went. The good news is Wes will be done with school in almost exactly 1 year from now.  And he has a small break in about 2 weeks.

Whew this was not a fun run :) well kinda fun I guess.  I got to run with my good pal Tammalammadingdong which we haven't done since she found out she was pregnant back in March of 09. :)  I need to get Tammy on this blog, she'd love it.   Anyway we went at 1 in the afternoon and used the trail hoping for some shade, but it was tooooooo blimey hot for me.  but hey we still got 4 miles.
