I can't believe it!!!  Today I took 1st place in the Save a Sister 10k in St George!  I was so happy I have never taken 1st before.  Here are my splits...

 1 - 6.59

2 - 7.11 (quite a bit up hill)

3 - 6.56

4 - 7.04

5 - 6.52

6 - 6.33 - really kicked it and finally passed the 1st place girl.

 Perfect weather and loved running in St George!

Wow Me-congratulations! That is awesome! I just looked up the map and it was an out and back course which makes yours splits all the more impressive.

Congrats to you! I ran the 5K (my first one)It was a great day to run on Saturday! Absolutley beautiful weather. You had a great run!I had considered running the 10K but wimped out for 5K.

Thanks guys! No I am not currently training for anything. I have been a little...ok a lot lazy since top of utah! :) This 10k has helped me get my motivation back and I'm going to be setting some new goals soon.
