I ran 2 miles in 19 minutes. I went on 6.0 mph for the first mile and

then to 6.7 for the second mile. So far I think I'm doing good

considering I haven't ran for 2 weeks! Darn weather, it'll get you sick

every time!

I ran outside for 10 minutes. I am guessing I did a little over a mile.

It was raining though, I always have an excuse! :) But then I came in

the house and did some lunges and other exercises!

I ran 3.5 miles in 30 minutes! Yeah for me! I was at 3 miles even at 25

min and 40 seconds. I'd really like to get that down to 21 minutes for

3 miles. That's way far in the future though! :)

I ran 3.5 miles! I ran 3 miles in 25 min and 20 seconds. My 3.5 mile

was done in 29 minutes! Not to shabby! I did however rub a small

blister on the bottom of my foot. Oh well no pain no gain right?
