2 miles & 1 hour pump with Kristen.

So I have been resting my hip for the last week.  Not really sure if there's much difference.  I can run on it, and I can feel it.  It's not a horrible feeling, probably a 3 or 4 on a 1-10 scale of pain.  The problem is that I am usually running on a 0 on the pain scale.  Should I just run on it and deal with it?  Allie would probably tell me to run on it until I cry.

You have. I think you ate too much warm apple pie as a kid.

We were in fat camp together...just ask Julie.

I wouldn't run on it if I were you. Let that thing rest and heal. Follow the R.I.C.E. procedure. You'll thank yourself later. So sorry :(

i actually think it was at fat band camp when i gave you a black eye. and then there was the time at black magic camp when i broke your leg. if you steal my boondoggle ONE more time...

sorry about your hip. please don't run on it until you cry. i have been doing a whole bunch of hip strengthening/opening/stretching exercises that may be beneficial for you (i have a history of hip injuries).
