ran 1 mile warm up, then did 7 x 400 at 6:40 pace. cooled down 1 mile. did some lifting & stretching.
1 hour cardio kick. 1 mile before class and 3 miles after. last two miles in 13:15.
ran 8 today. pretty sure my 1st grader has a cavity that will be getting filled today. poor gal, hurts to chew and brush.
