Today I was going to run 7 miles, but I didn't. Instead I ran 4. I ran a 5k in 23:30 and then an extra mile in 10 minutes.

I'm in a hurry to get things done, oh I rush and rush

until lifes no fun. ;)

Today we did Fartleks again for 2.5 miles. We would sprint .25 then slow down .25 and sprint .25 etc. And Tammy noticed my lack of patience. I'm always in such a hurry to get the number of miles over with, so if we really are going to run a half marathon I better learn how to slow down and take it easy!

We ran 3 miles today and we took it nice and easy! I think my time was

28 minutes-ish. I didn't catch Tammy's time, I know she was done before

me though. And Golds got new treadmills with a program called speed

interval, it's going to be awesome when we run our fartleks!!!

Today we did Yoga at my house b/c Wes had to go into work early. Tomorrow we are running in the Run for Red in Provo.
